The BBD-1015 combines a five-output power sequencer with AC line conditioning in a single compact unit. Connected equipment can be powered on in a controlled sequence, reducing simultaneous inrush current and helping prevent unwanted transients in audio systems.
During shutdown, the sequence is automatically reversed so downstream equipment such as power amplifiers can be switched off before source and processing equipment. The unit also provides EMI filtering, AC voltage and frequency monitoring, and power-fault protection.
On in order. Off in reverse.
A simple sequence protects the signal chain from abrupt simultaneous switching and makes complete-system power control a one-touch operation.
Power ON
OUT 1 → delay → OUT 2 → delay → OUT 3 → delay → OUT 4 → delay → OUT 5.
Power OFF
OUT 5 → delay → OUT 4 → delay → OUT 3 → delay → OUT 2 → delay → OUT 1.
Normal / All Off
NORMAL performs the timed reverse shutdown using the selected 3, 5 or 10 second interval. ALL OFF immediately switches all five outputs off, bypassing the sequence for emergency shutdown.

The BBD-1015 is designed to provide a single point of power control for multi-component audio installations. It is well suited to studio racks, live sound systems, installed audio and other setups where several devices should be powered in a controlled order.
